Requesting you to please try some of these troubleshooting steps below to help you get back in the game:

1. Make sure you're running the latest OS on your device.
2. Make sure your device is connected to a reliable Wi-Fi or cellular network.
3. Force close the app and restart.
4. Make sure you have enough storage on your device. Free up space by removing unused apps, pictures, and/or videos.
5. Try rebooting/restarting your phone. This will close all open background applications that may be slowing down performance.
6. Delete and reinstall the app.

Important: If you're using a jailbroken device, there’s no guarantee that our games will run issue-free. For an optimal gaming experience, make sure that you are connected to a reliable network with a strong WiFi and Cellular signal.
